Do You remember the Nokia 3310 it came out 15 Years ago

The Nokia 3310 was the replacement of the he popular Nokia 3210. in late 2000
The 3310 price was £ 129 on pay as you go (aka prepaid) its about £200 in today's money (or $300 or R4000 south Africa rand)
The Nokia 3310 is one of the best selling phones of all time. Between 2000 and 2005 Nokia sold 126 million
making it the 11th best selling phone of all time (in 2015)
with a battery you charged once a weak it is a solid phone
Story's that it survived drops of roof and still working after a 5 meter fall or even  a dunk in the pool wont kill the 3310 dropped from a motorbike travailing over 100 kph still working being thrown across a street and was fine i saw a old man using 1 still last year i was shocked

The 3310 is known for having many features that were rare for the time.
These include many utilities, such as a
calculator,
stop watch and a
reminder function.
 It has four games:
Pairs IISpace ImpactBantumi, and the hugely popular Snake II. The Snake series of games had been popular on Nokia handsets since the late 1990s.
The 3310 was popular for SMS text messaging because it allowed long messages at 459 characters. The phone also has
voice dialing for the quick dialing of selected numbers.

The Nokia 3310 can be customized with interchangeable covers, and thousands of different designs have been produced by various companies

It also has over 35 ringtones built in  (were other phones had 5 ringtones) with space for seven custom tones. These can either be downloaded, or can be composed by the user using the tone composer. The phone has different "profiles" which can adjust the phone to different sets of preferences. For example, there is silent mode where the phone will not ring, useful for situations where it is inappropriate to do so. Screensavers can be made from received picture messages.
